Iโve been coming here for years and recently they have their scheduling all messed up. The first mistake was, they gave me a care with my kids appointment and one of my kids was not even on their list. Today 6/3/2026 I came in early because my kids appointments was a 10 and 10:40 and on their list my kids are listed as 10:40. So! I get here early at 9:00 for them to say that my kids appointment is later than I was expecting. I really think they need to do better when it comes to scheduling appointments. The place is wonderful but the scheduling is all messed up. People make appointments for a reason.

PROS: Our dental hygienist was very kind and patient and made our terrified 5-year old feel very safe and secure for his initial dental visit! Likewise, the doctor was also very nice and had a good "chair-side" manner. I liked that his initial thought was not to fill a tooth appearing on the X-Ray with a dark spot. Rather, he physically examined the tooth and then made the decision to monitor the tooth at future visits. My child even left there notnonlynthe standard toothbrush and toothpaste, but with his choice of toy from their version of "Treasure Box", which thrilled him! CONS: Our appointment time was at 3:00 and we were not called back until nearly 4:00. Consequently, we did not leave the office until close to 5:00, and then had to fight rush hour traffic home, making for a late night. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience that we will be coming back for his 2nd appointment in the fall.
